Fajardo

Our last area we stayed in was Fajardo.  We loved it! There is a rainforest there (the only rainforest in the US forest service system) and it was super cool to hike around in.  El Yunque rainforest did not disappoint!

Cam may have not been quite as amazed by the scenery so he was entertained with some face stickers thanks to grandma!

These were on our way back to the main island on the ferry.

Back in El Yunque-our little stache man.

After the rainforest at a restaurant right at the entrance.

The favorite waterfall in the rainforest!
It was about a mile or 2 hike in to it, but it was a pretty cool hike and the kids did great! It was so fun to play in!

This was the lookout point.  We climbed up a few hundred stairs, but it had amazing views!!

 SOO gorgeous!!

Haha these girls were hilarious pretending to be Dora the Explorer going through the rainforest with their binoculars.

Breakfast before we left for the ferry-fresh coconuts and limes from the rental's yard.

This was the bbq area/balcony at the vacation rental.
