Monkey Island

The last few days of our trip were spent in Fajardo.  The condo we rented there was by far my favorite of the accommodations :).

Ryan had found a conch while we were snorkeling at Monkey island so he brought it back and we got the creature out-I am pretty sure they are the ugliest creatures ever!
We went on an ice cream run that night and all the kids were exhausted and fell asleep!

The next day we stopped at a farmer's market on the way back from snorkeling and these were the end results-it was really yummy!!

The conch's home with his giant claw sticking out.

On the boat coming back from Monkey Island.  We had lunch on the boat and Alli made this discovery with the pringles :).

Ilene modeling her life jacket Capt Paco had.

This kid had a blast.  He cracked me up-love his facial expressions.

On the way back Ryan did some fishing-sadly we didn't catch anything :(.

Just a dad teaching his little guy how to fish :).

A little down time while we were getting ready involved some crafts.

Capt Paco demonstrated how he made some intruments out of the shells.  He was such a great time.

All set to come home.

So perhaps Cam spilled his water while sitting on my lap...these were the awesome results :(.
Ilene playing with her souvenir ukulele

When they stopped at the market they saw the sister missionaries.

More little musicians on the boat ride out.  He had a whole bag of instruments for the kids to play.
Alli playing the conch horn.  We ended up making one of these with one of our conches once we were home.
