And some playing outside in the nice weather with dad while mom was gone running some errands.
This lead to raking leaves and jumping in them.
My cute little leaf princesses.
It is fun to see the "decorating skills" develop. Ilene is still full fledged in the pile as much on as you can get to stick phase and Alli is fully into the "it must look realistic and cute phase". She cut one extra cookie to look like a witch's hat and frosted and decorated that as well.
Then we celebrated our dear neighbor Grandpa Doug's birthday by having him over for dinner.
The girls were stinks when it came to taking a picture with him, but Cam was loving it!
And a few days later we finally arrived at Halloween Day! We went to Ryan's work to do a little trick or treat and I couldn't b ring myself to put Cam in his hot costume all day so he was a BYU athlete of some sort (I didn't bring him a ball) or perhaps he had his sights set on being a yell leader? haha
Then it was on to Alli's school parade.

And after the small city trunk or treat we went to a few neighbors houses (that ended up being our entire ward). First stop the Boggess family. Kapri dressed up as Flo.
Cam was getting in on the action.

And after 2-3 houses they started RUNNING from house to house. We ended up going with some friends in our neighbor hood and the kids were booking it. It was hilarious listening to them yelling and watching them running. We covered a lot of ground quickly!
Then we went to my mom's for some delicious soup and dinner! It was a great Halloween!!
