This completely adorable little man still likes his jumper quite a bit. He loves it when we cheer for him while he jumps!
This has a bad shadow, but we got our first Hawaiian Ice of this summer :). When we dropped grandma off at the airport to go to Arizona we needed something to make us happy again!Alli has started to LOVE writing stories. She lost another capped tooth this morning so her story consisted of that.
This is in one of the rooms of our finished basement! The girls LOVE playing down there and this day Alli took the umbrella from outside, some pillows and toys and they were watching a movie. Other times they do shows in the living room jumping on to the love sack or doing horse races around the open family room.
Last Monday we made our first trip to Seven Peaks for the summer! Cam stayed home with a sitter so it was me and my girlies-so fun!
The door that covers our food storage downstairs and the floor of the kitchen.
We finally made our rock patio area out front! Last Saturday Ryan played in an all night softball tournament so before he left and then later Saturday afternoon after he was recovered we carried the flagstone we had bought and placed it, then filled around them with dirt.
I just thought this was too funny with Ilene in tap shoes, puzzle on the floor, umbrella open in her pajamas while mom teaches a piano lesson.
Helping me with the laundry! Notice the new paint in the laundry room!
Alli's hair-do. I don't always take the time to do a "cool" hair do although I love doing it! Some days Alli is completely positive all she wants is a side ponytail :(.
Before painting and carpet!
I ordered some costumes for Halloween on clearance and they came in the mail. both girls are thrilled when them-not sure if we will save it!
Such a HAPPY guy! Love him soo much!
Helpful big sister teaching Ilene to ride a bike :) And funny Lener crawling under the princess table.
A few weeks ago we went to the 4A state championship baseball game because our high school was playing for it! The girls had won the state championship softball game the night before and we were hoping for a double state championship (which they got!!). Cam looks a bit interesting here, but we had a good time hanging out, enjoying the sun, eating snow cones, and the girls loved playing on the playplace.
Just another "snuggling sisters" picture :).
On Memorial Day we went to the Salem and Spanish Fork cemeteries to put flowers on some of our loved ones' graves. I took the girls to the veteran's program because I really hope they can have an appreciation for our country and especially for the sacrifices people have made! This is my grandma's headstone. We also visited my cousin Julie's headstone and my niece Chandie's headstone.
While we have been helping my mom move out of her classroom Ilene got herself stuck in this bucket-twice so like any good parent I got a picture of her predicament before helping her :),
I took the girls to Seven Peaks last week and we had such a great time! I love my Cam-Man but sometimes it is so fun to just have my "big kids" and do something while he is napping.
We can't forget Let's Play Music graduation! This was doing the puppet show and I clearly enjoy this ;). I love this program though, it is so much fun and teaches so many amazing musical concepts!.
Just my studly man!!
He LOVES his food-not too picky and eats a lot! He is getting to where he wants to feed himself, but he is clearly not ready for that freedom!
My girls love dogs. This is our friends' dog Beau, we were over watching a basketball game before bedtime so they are all ready for bed out playing with him.
Don't mind my 5 chins in these pictures or my super scrunchy neck, but Alli was quite the photographer after church two weeks ago.
Love this pretty little sweetie of mine!
Now for our basement! It is mostly done now-just waiting on toilet and cabinets in the bathroom and cabinets and countertop for the kitchen!
Stairs before from the top coming down with a couple paint options tested on the wall. WE went with the paint on the left. And here is the finished product from the bottom looking up.
Ilene (probably picking her nose???) in the two joined bedrooms that we may separate later. The doors for the closets have been put in now.
The main "family room" before carpet etc. with yet more paint samples on the wall :).
| Here is the after just from standing further back in the "hallway" area. The door on the right is the bathroom. |
And from the far corner looking back towards the bathroom and the two joined rooms.
Here is our kitchen waiting for cabinets. The appliances are waiting in our garage.
The bathroom.
And now for a few more randoms!
Alli with her "smoothie mustache". She was so adorable with this and kept putting them on and looking at herself and then posing. Love this cute sweetie!!
An almost complete family picture (what goobers we are!) with our smoothie mustaches-not sure what Ilene was bugged about??
